Im having issues with my 260 also. Not getting Rpms out of it and im running a B1 24p im guessing its not labbed bc boat comes outta the hole fine with tabs and drive down then runs outta rpms at WOT I have a xr lower not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any input would be apreciated.

Stock on mine was 24 pitch 4 blade bravo 1 and always tacked 4950. 60 mph with an occasional 61-62. Boat is just slow, not much you can do beyond huge power. But 4900-5000 is what you should see.

Its a blue motor 502. Im not sure of the ratio in the drive its a xr master with the pointy tip and short. My buddy has a 25 outlaw same motor but carbd. Its a fresh rebuilt motor just put it in the boat and not getting the rpms i was expecting and my rpm guage is broke so im gonna put a 23p 3 blade on there and hook my timing light up to it and it will read the roms out to me. I hope its not a fuel issue.

Im guessing by blue motor you are talking about a HP525 and a xr with -2 sportmaster, you really need to have a working tack or you are just working blind. just start with the basics, fuel, fire, timing. Check your fuel psi at the end of the fuel rail , a 525 should be around 24-26 PSI if im not mistaken. If it is low I would start with the regulator on the cool fuel set up.
No its a blue 502. and i thought the fuel pressure for a 502 at the rail should be around 43-46 psi? im gonna check it later this week. gonna swap the prop out tonight with a 23p 3 blade and see if that helps me out at all.

My 502 fuel pressure, running at 5K, is 42 PSI. Have a Livorsi fuel pressure gauge with the sensor at the forward end of the fuel rail.
I have a B1 24P and I get 67 GPS out of it at 5.1K with a slight chop and the below mods.
Have a Stilletto 3B - 25P I'm going to try. Had a Stilletto 3B - 23P on my Scarab 22 with a 454 and that was my best speed prop.
