Basically have to prove what others are listed and sold for. I've done probably 6 boat deals with my cu lately and no problems. Hell the last one I bought she didn't even get the information on the boat yet and had me approved. Helps to build a relationship and cu seem more willing to work with you than a bank. My experience anyways...

Make sure you check out jdub's kyrpto too. Needs power but sharp boat that wont need paint like Gecko. Have a few motor options if you go that route. Good luck in you hunt...hope you pull the trigger this time!
