Try BUC value. That is what most of the banks and credit unions use that I know of.

My Credit union will also take a third party inspection/value report, AKA vessel inspection. Just ask the CU or Bank if they need the suvay done anyone special first.

how much does a survey cost ?

last time i checked around 10-15 dollars per foot for a hull inspection. It did not include compression test or diag. Just make sure it ran and power stuff worked and checked the hull and stringers for any moisture.
