Is that the launching ramp in Stratford? If you go up the Housatonic pass The Dock, the water is calm and you should have plenty of room to run it. PS if you do go let me know I would love to see it run,

It is the Birdseye ramp, Steve. Later on I heard they did go up river and had it at 85 MPH(still room to go higher). Apparently the break in on these motors is pretty specific about RPM ranges, etc.

The weather is suppose to be nice for the next 3 days. Lets get some numbers. Three in a row would be nice.

They ran it this week at 87 MPH at 5900 RPM. Gonna play with the engine height and try some smaller props this weekend. I'll get some pics too.

nice #S are those motors spinning full revs yet, or still breaking in?
not sure if i love or hate the transom.......the rest is pretty pimp

Still breaking in. Oil still in the tank. #'s will only go up as we play with it.

Yes I was driving at that point. This is a fun boat! Handled the 2 footers amazingly. Acceleration is awesome. We still have some set-up changes to make, but we are getting there.
