5 Attachment(s)
Here is the what the 30 looks like after the transformation and removal of the canopy, I want to thank Mark for the increadable job he did, and thank you to all the members for following the original build thread...

Wow that is gorgeous! Windshield set up is sweet. Does it now have suspension seating since the roof has gone? Has it's racing career been abandoned?

Looks really good
|
.
which windshield company did you go with...looks very nice! the windshield looks to be the same as the one from the canopy, just the top was cut off? will a new race boat be built? . |
i'm diggin that man! :drool1:

Im happy the customer got what he was looking for.
1) Im very disappointed that we never found out top speed with big blower motor. 2) Never found out what a true SVL Activator can do. SBI or OPA 3) Why spend all that time having us watch the build with a insanely large audience (133,883 views) at your feet and never get any real data that could help you sell your product. 4) I just don't get it !!!!!!!!! 5) Another fast pleasure boat, no big deal. Enjoy the new boat. Don't want to sound like a Debby downer just expected more from the project. |

You still going to run the A/C ? Can't believe you put the boat in at Venetian . That ramp is so shallow and small

There is an insurmountable amount of data on the original boat that was built with the canopy, although the data does not include the big motor, the data that was assimilated was intended for a race ready boat, every conceivable combination was recorded, drive heights prop combinations, weight distribution, balance , CG, were all carfully documented, this was a no joke build, there wasent any stone unturned to insure that this boat would be an extremly compeditive boat, from the inseption of the project it was always indended to be a poker run boat that on occasion would enter a race, but in the same breath the boat was built to be used in some instances by a single operater, so the decision was made to make it a convertable that could still be a poker edition.....
|
It looks like a mini Cig Glad. Love it.
|
Just to confirm: Is the roof gone for good?
Also: will this be at the New Rochelle Poker run on the 27th? |
Very nice

Right up to the point you cut the roof off.. Never got any data on it as a SVL boat. All we have now as consumers is a boat that was the plug. We have gained nothing in the racing world with a spec motor. If I sound bitter, I am. I love new tec.
|
I saw it in person Saturday, it's beautiful
|
I think as far as performance it's not all about the boat ! The boat defiantly plays a big part of it by the hull you choose ! The parts you put Into it ! And who puts them in ! I could buy the exact stuff !! Would it be the same ??It would look the same !! Performance ? Not a chance !! The owner has an insane attention to detail ! Making the boat really run ! The question is are the boats ever fast enough ?
|
Love it, any updates on speed?
