i just bought a 28 {1999 w/502efi} the boat is in fair cond, but has some small problems. how do you get the pad off the fairing edge in frt of the passanger? there are ripps in it and iwould like to replace it. also there are some gel cracks at the edge of the outer chine and side, on the port side. it looks to be just gel but is inline with firewall bulkhead and bottom, is this something i should be worried about? also do you have any snap in carpet kits for it? there are some other things but i can wait on them for awhile. any help would be nice.

its #6 i guess, i got it from chris kavalla in erie pa. i love the boat it has some problems but a good one to work with, i am not a computer guy so it will take some time to get pics on here.

so anybody know how to get that pad off ?

If you pull vinyl over under where it says Active Thunder you will see screws to take the pad off. You made it home ok?
