pat i dont have one yet, adding it this spring. will be garmin of some sort. have had 2 180's and a 182. want to have a model that is capable of hooking up with xm weather. boat is fast forward, was wondering if the gps like what is in monsoon is hard for the driver to use? i use the chartplotter alot.

brian is the anntena really in the base of that? i thought the ones with enternal anntena's had a bump out on the top?

I forgot to answer that part. Its OK for the driver to use. I wish it was on a hinge from left to right so I could tilt it in my direction a bit.

As long as you have a competent first mate, and teach them racing hand signals, it works pretty well to follow a path.

After a solid 7 days of rain, the sun finally came out at the end of the day today. I was beginning to think Rich traded it for some Boone's Farm.

At this point i'll trade my left one for some nice weather.Wait a minute i havn't seen my 2 boys since i got married,maybe Jen will let me see them.Their probably raisin's by now.

Steve, I am in Waltham at the moment. Its crazy up here. Thank goodness there was a clear sky for a while this afternoon.

Steve & Rich dont feel like the lone rangers, we have had nothing but s##t weather here. cold and rain, and now they say that the lake (ontario) and the river are way low for this time of year! so they want more more more rain got a new boat, rains to much, but still not enough water in river and lake go figure
