Big ups... service after the (pre-owned) sale.
Just got off the phone with ToddW who had Monsoon built and sold it to me some time later. My microwave bit the dust, and needs replaced. After 3 seasons, Todd was still willing and able to talk me though how to get it out and replaced.

Pat puts the microwave in from the rear before the countertop goes on and before the sink goes in.
Todd had to replace the microwave once on Monsoon before I bought it, and I knew he did had a "proceedure" that he had to follow to do it. That's what Todd updated me on.
