You know Pat could paint them all the same and use that Henry Ford theory with the ModelT of : You can have it in black, black or BLACK' or something to that effect.
Or like I told Clark: When you look through the window in the maternity ward they all basically look like ugly little sh*ts..but there's that one little sh*t that looks prettier than the rest and that one is yours.
But I did have to tell Pat what had me concerned was that I have always liked the sky blue lightning scheme..EVEN WHEN IT WAS ON EVERYOTHER BOAT SCARAB BUILT FROM '95-'98. give it a rest.
I guess you can really get the quality down perfect when your not always changing things.
I have to rag on my boy Pat.

By the way:
A Cuban friend of mine and Clark's always said "It was the mochin of the ochin" and it was kickin' the two days we were out. I wanted to take pctures but afraid of loosing the camera overboard! We both were grinnin
from ear to ear and laughing our asses off running in that stuff.
It was the kind of water that makes a "real" boat driver.
And I always have had a saying; When you are the only one/ones in the boat the only person you hear scream is YOURSELF!
Hated leaving. The boat looked really good sitting in front of the 15th Street Marina and again at Bahia Cabana and Shooters.
Going out the cut at Lighthouse Point..Xmas music on the Stereo, the lighthouse, palm trees, sand and BIG blue water with 80 degrees...what a great christmas season picture to experience.
Rainy damp and cool back in Texas today.
My version of a White Christmas has always been a white beach in St. Croix.
Happy Holidays to All!

Chuck, your boat is a one off, the only one no matter what. The 700 boat will be also. I don't believe Pat would allow 2 boats the same to go out the door. I love the lightning and will want it on my next one. If you put them side by side they would look similar but way different. just remmeber you had it first anyway . Sounds like you had a ball out there, I can only wish or dream of it,, stuck in the great white north. have a Merry Xmas and a great fun new year

They are different.
different blues and the only silver is on the middle of the deck and the blue lightning is on both sides of the nose where we have an angry grey thunderstorm opposite the sky blue.
And in fact when it comes to the lightning(or St. Elmo's Fire) it would look good if none on the sides but do the deck all in it. When piercing those waves it would look like it was shocking and coming back at you.
But in a different color.
Clark needs to post the picture of the the road warrior..Franks Caddy

The Scarab storms were mostly done in a purple.
The other big scheme was the light blue and teal and green colors of the aqaurium sides..even had bubbles if I remember correctly.
