Why is mine running 98-100 with whipples that should be 775-825 hp and boat i think is set up close to your old boat Jass ? Unless Pat set your x dim. higher than mine.The Whatever boat that now has 800 hp engines is running the same #'s as mine so we want to know why.In lighten this youg grasshopper please.

To many uncertainties, your SC package on that motor is first of all totally diff. you make more boost, faster. KE was set at appr. 2.75 pounds for longevity, my point was why even have one at that point.
You'll have to ask Pat on that. Look at another scenario, the Teague 720 boat did 94 I believe. It's all realative. What was the water and air temp, and then who was driving (hell I got faster speeds than the PB mag. test did with Teague Driving)
drive height set up, drives themselves, (I had Imco Xtreme SC's) weight of boat with cabin liner, step height
and so on. Also, very important, majority of boats will only go marginally faster with alot more power thrown at it. Partially hull design but mostly bravo design, after 90 is all relative in relationship of how the power is being applied, too many factors. Discussed many times on OSO, 38 slingshot, Robs whippled 500's-800 hp 100mph, 38 PP, 37 OL... I cant think of anything else at the moment. Jeff
