It has rained every weekend for 4 strait weeks. :( So I have nothing better to do than to post a few pics. The first was taken after I ran a pair of 29/30 15 3/8 5-blade Herrings over a month ago. The second and third are of my new blinged out wheel! Thanks Pat! You will also see that Pat updated the dash panels to the new carbon fiber ones that Macklin got.

Thank God the boat decided to get on plane after 30-40 seconds or the first pic would not be possible.

Rich,

You know I wish I could. I have a party at my house on Friday night. It was booked months ago. Let me know what other runs you all are doing and I will try and attend one.

Nice top end Clark! But, I know what you are talking about. I tried a pair of 29 Hydro P5's last week. FAST, but getting on plane was a real pain....if at all!

They are going back to the owner, who BTW, has a set of labbed 30 Maximus for me to try.

The five blades are going to be the best all around prop. A 30 labbed Maximus cut to 29 will be the ticket if you don’t want to go with a Herring $$$$. The Herring would get on plane better with a diffuser ring. The ones I tried didn’t have a diffuser ring.

That boat looks very close to our 28....what year and power? Any other pics?

michigan troll 07-25-2007 06:43 AM

I noticed the same from some of your previous threads. Ours is a 99 with a procharged 502. It was the brochure/add boat for that year.

michigan troll 07-25-2007 07:12 AM

another.

R Addiction 07-25-2007 08:19 AM

Michigan....did you buy your Thunder new from Pat? Nice boat!!! How fast?:signs043:

michigan troll 07-25-2007 08:52 AM

No, I am the second owner. I got it from a guy in FLorida a few years ago. It needed alot of cosmetic work, but it was perfect mechanicaly. We have seen 76+ with 4 people and a semi full load of fuel and supplies. I believe it will run 80 with the right conditions. This fall I am installing a 7lb pulley and having Crocket program the computer for a solid 80 loaded.

R Addiction 07-25-2007 09:05 AM

I always thought that it was Spilmans 28 we were on with Pat at the 99 Baltimore boat show when we ordered our Tantrum, but now that I think of it , it was a single engine 28. Did yours have a custom carpet in the cabin?

michigan troll 07-25-2007 09:21 AM

Yes, The wife loves the purple in the cabin. When we baught the boat the owner gave us all the original paper work and the ads and video. Its cool. It has Pat driving with a chase copter for about 10 minutes running off Florida.

R Addiction 07-25-2007 09:52 PM

Then that is the boat that we signed the deal on!!:cool-smiley-011:

Here are some shots from the weekend. Here are three, in my opinion, of the best running AT out there. I have never seen another AT carry the bow like Randy's 2000 37 AVH. Look how far back the water breaks past the step. That boat has 500EFI's and 12 inch Stelling boxes and Arizona Speed ECU's. It is Thunder Roy's old boat...

One more...Barry Adams' 32 AT. By far the nicest one out there...

chuckbeecher 09-09-2007 08:28 PM

Roy's boat..what a great riding and fast boat..
Sure does bring back the memories!
Who's the "stooge" on the right and the boat that's ahead of Stealin?

It looks so good at 80+. We were running that when Jeni took the pic. The stooge on the right is mister nitrous and 50 gallon himself! :) The boat on the right was some 33 or 36 Baja. Poor basta*d.

Why don’t you post the pics from last weekend’s Rock the Lake Poker Run? There was some good ones. You are the only one that took pictures.

PS- Randy told me that Dan's first boat Thunder Storm with the 675KE sank last weekend at some lake near Beaumont. The irony is that the boat sank due to heavy water that the bilge didn’t pup out for one reason or another during; you guessed it, a Thunder Storm.

chuckbeecher 09-09-2007 09:37 PM

My camera took a dump while running across to Steve's landing.
Had to send it back to the factory.
Only photos were at Beach Club and going through the channel.
Sorry!
Barry does have a good looking 32 in the water.
That is really weird about Thunder Storm.

LMAO

crb76 09-10-2007 06:51 PM

Good Question. One of the stops had sail boats next to the dock space they gave up. That is where the pic was taken.

Nice shirts (@$17.99 each....)

Do you have matching brochures?

crb76 09-10-2007 08:43 PM

Rest assure, I passed most of them out to existing AT owners and people who could be byers in the near future. I do have the brochure and have given them out to people who want more information. With shirts and brochures, I am like a loaded weapon. Your product got a lot of attention the past two weekends. Even the Donzi and Fountain dealer in town asked if he could get involved with the product. He was very impressed with the product. If you build it, show it, and promote it they will come!

I need another medium or two! :) I owe a couple of good looking woman a few.

:violent-smiley-045:

chuckbeecher 09-10-2007 08:55 PM

I need a yellow X-Large

I also remember a poker run once that a 100 of us ran through the middle of a sailing regatta and on Monday they told one of us that we stole their wind..that was funny sh*t!

The Runnin Hot 31 is sitting in a boat yard off the Cal-Sag river. What a shame.
