What can I say, some can dish out, but, it's the real man that can take it and not use the RED BULL as an excuse

I'm sure most folks are still partying.
We had a blast! Thank you Mark for renting the custom van for running all of us up to the captains meeting Friday night. GREAT partying with the AT crew!! What a fun time!!! Thank goodness I did take time off to do that.
My slip assignment at Tidewater was NOT to my liking. 4 barnacle encrusted pilings and a fixed pier that was over my head.
My menstruating wife (too much information, I'm sorry) would have nothing to do with that! Plus the fact I know full well what kind of damage that can do.
I tried to call both James and Steve to see if we could snag a better slip from one of the broken boats, but got voice mail. So...being only 25 minutes from our marina we headed home. We had every intension of driving over to the party, but by the time we got the boat fully cleaned, home, showered, and plopped in the AC...it was all she wrote.
The good news is on the way down the Elizabeth River we caught up with the helicopter for the first time, which proceeded to spin around and glue to us for about a mile. In absolutely perfect sea conditions. Can't wait to see the video and find out if Randy got some more good photos of us.
My biggest regret is the fact I did not get a chance to tell Pat how much we love this boat. He was too busy hawking the new 700 boat at the lunch stop so I didn't get in the way.
BTW, I'm continued to be amazed at how much attention my boat gets. At the lunch stop there were folks walking all the way down to the end of the T head where I pulled up to gawk and take photos. Pretty cool!!
Looking forward to the HRPA poker run next month. All floating docks there!
