Real estate in NC is undervalued right now, for the most part...its a good time to purchase investment properties as well as look for a personal residence. I am a builder with one in inventory and should be starting a spec soon...

All right now you guys are killing me , Tough to leave the lake though, and don't think my wife would leave her family. The older I get the more I hate the cold. Chris- the a-bay run sounds like a blast will look for the info on it.
