I haven't heard anything more about it since it was in the news last month. Its probally in the hands of the FCC.

Pat have you seen these new carbon silver gauges from Livorsi ? I wish they had been out a few months sooner. They would have been HOT in my boat with the silver carbon fiber interior. I tried to attach the thread but can't figure it out. Go down about halfway on the new products page and you'll find them.

I got something in the mail from XM about the merger. I believe it said they were shooting for year's end for the combined programming.
