Looking for somebody behind the wheel with a beer in there hand. He's the local game warden Sgt. Baxter I. Bell. He was state game warden of the year for 2005 and how you get that award is you write more tickets than any other warden. 3-4 years in a row now the guy has written more BUIs than any other warden in the state.
