Did it come with all that crap, or did that cost extra?

The crap was included but it cost extra to haul it away. You would have enjoyed the demo. Used my forklift to ram through 80 ft of cinder block wall x 15 ft high.

Will take some newer shots when I have a minute. Still waiting to install the new lighting and furnace, once I upgrade my 21 kv transformer to 75.
