A polock would take his motor his motor over the the cockpit, windshield and bow when removing it instead of just going over the stern.

Congratulations Brian, the house and the garage look great! I talked to you about it in the spring. My contractor had some jobs get bumped so I had my garage done in July. It is a great luxury to have all the toys inside. No electric yet, but the extension cord works well enough for waxing and tinkering. Monsoon will get more TLC than ever !

Thanks again G4B and everyone.

I worked outside in the toy box for a couple hours the other night getting ready to take the boat out on Saturday. I found myself polishing the wheels on the dually, and a bunch of other little things. It was truly awesome to have a place to do all that stuff.

I ordered the doors today, and they are coming for the site survey tomorrow. They should be here in a week or two. I will at a bare minimum get the electrical feed trenched out there before the ground freezes. I have been using the Honda EU2000I generator to power the contractor lights temporarily in the toy box.

We had the backyard shed finished and converted into a craft studio for Mary Sue this spring. (The second smaller one now has all the pool stuff in it.) I had the electrical feed run to the studio beefed up enough to feed the toy box as well. She has her 'space' and I have mine. Now we wonder when we'll see each other.

Well since the motor BARELY clears the transom, there is no way in he11 it would clear going out the front...off course after we took the windshield off it cleared fine!!!

Quick update:

Garage doors have been installed for a while, and I just bought and trenched the electrical supply cable from the house to the toy box (800+ ft).

I've been debating Metal Halide Bay lights vs. HO/Low Ballast Fluorescent lights, and it looks like I am going with the Fluorescents as they provide better light.
