Default 37 & BIG power ????

Any ideas on how a 37 would handle big power. I was curious after reading other posts about step height being adjusted for the prop shaft height. I guess what I'm asking is how would the boat handle say 1075s w/ #6s. I think it would be cool to have a 120+mph boat w/ all the comforts that AT provides.

There was a is/was a 37AVH race boat that was re-rigged with 1200HP blower motors and VI drives. I believe it runs/ran deep into the one-teens. I've got pics on another computer.

Would it handle it? You bet.
Has anybody asked for it? Not yet.

YOU ASKING?? Come on Buzz!

Racer Rick (our throttleman for Outlaw) was in the boat with Jay from Castaline Marine when it ran over 120.

The boat did it. And he said it was hooked up.

I've gone 145+ with Rick and he DOES know what hooked up is. In fact my son was in the back seat yelling "faster!" thru the intercom.

It was only when we got home and be blurted to Diane "Racer Rick took us in the Jaguar race boat and we did 145mph that the
