The previous owner of New Moon took a different approach;...can't say which way is better, but I guess not having the single piece of Lexan is the "greener on the other side" scenario. Mine do work well though...

On my old 25 thunder i had the wind away flaps, they flip up and down and worked so so.

Rick I need to replace my windshield this year and I was thinking of going 1/2-1" taller. On my center enter cabin the bolts on the pad are not easy to get to but not impossible.

Remember you will probly have to redo the cockpit cover also

Tom, Let me know when ya get it done, I'd like to see pics. Are you going to do the bends yourself, or do you have someone local to do it for you?

That is a good point, i got lucky and my cover with the sheild fits perfect, i dont need any props , it stays nice and tight and it also trailers with no problems.
