John, yesterday I put mine on a work rack for the first time since last year. Man, was it nice to board my baby again!! Took care of some minor stuff. We've been so busy fixing the house up for sale, the boat has not been a priority. And it was definitely boating weather yesterday!

And next weekend is likely out because we have folks lined up to do some more repairs/upgrades. I'm almost hoping it doesn't sell because if it does I will be house poor with the new one.

With this market....it may be a given.

How good was the weather? We may hit 50 here today. Lesley is working on the concrete countertops still. Stripping the sealer is a pain in the a$$!! Looking forward to next month.
