Average top speed for that setup is 73-75.
If you run them Fountain Performance Report style... down wind, down current, a dixie cup of fuel, with only a horse jockey driver that both jumps up off the floor to reduce weight, and ducks at the same time to reduce wind drag...
Yeah, it ought to hit 76 or so.

The boat was rough. It has a weak cylinder in the engine and several other problems. Have it looked at carefully if thinking of buying it. And 69 is tooo high.
