I have always liked that boat! The guy I bought my 32" AT from installed a plexiglass windshield/deflector on the boat too---almost identical to the one on Audacity. Don't know if it is true or not, but he said it killed some of the speed. I never found out because it was one of the first things I changed/removed on the boat when I bought it---I guess I wasn't too keen on how it looked either so I removed it for both reasons. Anyway, I always liked the side entrance cabin set-up and I know Audacity was a well built boat and got to see it once in person back in 2002 or so.

Yes the windscreen did slow it down 1 maybe 2 mph but the wife loved it keeping the wind off her running 84+ mph. if you take it off the boat will run 85/86 all day.
