I just seen a classified showing the raffle boat and it says it's SOLD! Whats up with that? What happened to 4/1? All the tickets gone? HMMM?

I read it that way at first too. I think the intent was to note that only 350 tickets will be "SOLD"

i do not feel you are getting correct info. i received a call back after leaving a message for paul yesterday and he stated there are only 80 tickets or less left and that i would need to get my check into him quickly (overnited it today). then my friend called today, again no answer since closed on mondays. but he did receive a call back later in the day and was told it was still going and he must overnite a check as well. so i am not too sure your phone call was the real deal.

I also received a phone call from Mike yesterday say that they did not sell enough tickets and my check is going to be voided. The raffle is off

If you talked to mike then I would have to believe the info is correct.

Raffle is not dead as of today. they are in the process of deciding what to do. they had a bunch of checks arrive today and others say they will be there tomorrow. so if anyone is interested your best bet is to call Paul and tell him you want in and will FedEx a check for X amount of tickets. if anyone is interested in this today and tomorrow is your last chance to speak up. bad mouthing this deal is not going to get anyone anywhere. they are a legitimate business. why would they jeopardize their name to raffle a boat off??? come on now that is just ridiculous. they are a major dealer for some really kick ass boats. nice guys buy the way as well to talk to.

I just spoke with Mike and the raffle is off for now. He has voided all checks. There is a slim chance that the raffle will be reinstated, and if this is the case then every one must resubmit a check. For those idiots that waited for the last possible minute to send their checks in basically ruined my chance to win lol. The TSPM guys need time to count the number of tickets sold and mail them out.

Sounds like a total bust for folks that paid more money to overnight a check.

For the people that had to pay for over nighting their checks, you had over 6 months to mail them. It is your own stupidity (Darwin).

LOL what was the point in sending them 6 months ago or not,,, I think if you have a raffel you should know what your doing and pick a date and stick to it wether you take a loss or not its only fair to the ticket holders.

Well I spoke with my Attorney today and we are filing a lawsuit against TSPM for the 42 cent stamp we had to pay for to get our check to them for the raffle. Hope this causes no hard feeling between us. Seems no one benifited from the raffle except our beloved United Stated Postal Service. Thanks VV:party-smiley-004::ernaehrung004:
