Thumbs up Spilman's surgery....

Well the Doc only had to remove 40% of the meniscus in my left knee today. That may sound like a lot, but he was originally going to take up to 60% after reviewing the MRI; so I'm happy. Plus I'm on pain meds so that could be why I just don't give a hoot. Overall a success; I'll be skating in 4 weeks & playing org. hockey in 6-8 wks....Can hardly wait to get back out there....I'm going nuts sitting in the recliner and watching my team from the bench (although they have been winning w/o me!) Playoff game 2 tonight; we won game 1 in OT last week.

LMAO....follow proper procedure on the healing end, don't rush it and you will heel better with lasting long term results. I've had both my knees done, and in certain weather conditions when working out do feel it, but still the best thing I ever did..Good Luck..Have a great holiday. Jeff

Go easy on the recovery-Spill, and bribe the doc for a few more meds.

Im still recovering from a crash on a turbo Zx1100 from a decade ago.

Youll soon be skating and boating again

Pinch the nurses on the A$$ for us!
