Can someone give more info on this boat? looks as to have a slight waterline but I know thats no big deal, not worried about it and of course pics can always make a boat look better. Salt water boat or all fresh water? Also I take it the post above Active Thunder is the owner (Pat) of the company. If so is that the e-mail posted above to e-mail you direct. Thanks John

To my knowledge, boat spent most of its time on Smith Mountain Lake and Lake Anna (freash water). Pictures do not give the boat justice, it looks very cool.

If I had the funds, I'd be jumping all over this boat.

The whipples were only on for a season or two if I remember correctly. I think he had issues with them and decided to go back to stock 525's and thats when the one engine was rebuilt not that long ago.

90% freshwater at one of the cleanest lakes in United States, with a few salt water trips over the years.

The paint did have some issues, but NOT from the factory. The owner wanted to jazz up the paint a bit more with some more fades, lightning, etc. It looked great, except the guy who painted it the 2nd time had no idea what he was doing painting a boat. He was a car guy. The clearcoat just flaked off eventually. Then, the owner took the boat to Active Thunder, and Pat redid the entire hull and it turned out even better than the first time. The deck still has a few clearcoat issues. (The owner did have a Chevy 2500 HD painted to match but it has been sold.)

I have not seen the boat in about 9 months; so I advise seeing it for yourself before you make any decisions.
