Is it based on the 32 hull or was it totally different hull?

Keep the cuddy on the 37 and with the engine compartment gone you would have one hell of a cockpit for fishing or poker runs or or or you know.
Give those Midnights and Deep Impacts and other large C.C. a run for their money!!!
