Default Cup size for Tantrum

I would like to order new cups for the front and back. CP performance has 3 sizes. The smallest is 3". The fronts seems to bee about 2 3/4 so just wondering if they will fit? or where I could get the right size.
Also the hatch is sagging, the wood is probably shot, wondering how difficult it is to replace the wood or any tips.. thanx.

Pat should have the cups..may have to cut large holes and I would use the new no-wood products he uses.
They should be back from K.W. this afternoon.

Looks like a good D but I do not see any sagging at all, might be my vision though.

I don`t want to cut bigger holes , then i have to redo the vinyl, seems like a lot of trouble.. i`ll just buy em and then well know I guess

I would go with larger cup holders. Re-stapling the vinyl is no big deal. Measure 3 times and cut once. If you can just remove the piece where the cup holders are and cut the holes bigger from the back side. I've done it on my last 2 boats.

Griff always has the best advice doesn`t he?
thanx will do.
I`m getting the rails and other stuff powdercoated, so I want the cups to match.

How is your hatch sagging, mine has a fiberglass base and then the pad has a half inch starboard base that is bolted to the fiberglass, no wood. Is yours not like this?
