in or out

anybody ever spin props in to se if there is any speed diff.

Always out on a DDC. The hull was designed with the right about of transom lift. Spinning them in will provide you will too much transom lift and will probably slow you down by sticking to much bow in the water. Then you start trimming it to get the bow back up, and start scrubbing prop efficiency (and speed).

plus it makes it a little slippery going aroung the corners.

We had an intermediate shift cable break on our starboard drive in Key West, leaving the drive stuck in reverse.

We swapped props, port to starboard and starboard to port, hence spinning them in.

Handling went out the window with the props spinning in. There was way to much stern lift. I wouldn't even think of trying a speed run with them spinning in.
