I would like to know what these 25's run with the HP500 so I could know if my motor really had 500 hp.

I am the new owner of the 25 without the trailer brakes. I boat in the western end of Lake Erie / Island area and have just started to enjoy the boat very much. I have been reading the forum posts for quite awhile and missed buying another 25 in Detroit but found this one in MD which was much nicer, bigger motor, aluminum trailer (without brakes lol) and was in my price range. Thanks again for the great welcome.

No, I got from a guy named Rob in RI, he bought it from Neville, or Lake Cumberland Marine.
Apparently Neville had them remove the HP500 and swap it with a boat he bought from them. I was told it was a Baja, but who gets rid of an AT for a Baja...That motor was removed and stored for several years as chaos had 572. Then the motor was put back in chaos before I bought it. I swaped my 489 motor into chaos and put that motor in my 89 Baja and sold it. So its back in a Baja.. sorry for rambling I just like telling that story.
