The Colts just added Joique Bell to their team. Joique is the 2009 Harlon Hill Trophy winner of Division II college football which is like the Heisman Trophy of Division I. He grew up in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Benton Harbor is the twin city of St. Joseph which is where I grew up. I know Joique's Dad, and I remember Joique when he was just 3-4 years old. He is fun to watch!
