want to buy 25 active thunder
 

after doing research, looks like this is what im in search of. (i/o only)

Check around on Craigslist and boattrader. There was a guy around us that was trying to sell his last year. I think it was somewhere in the mid 20k range with a Hp500

someone sell me their 25 so they can upgrade..market is depressed, sell yours for a loss, upgrade into something larger from someone else loss. win win scenario ;)

Why don't you just buy the pre-owned 2007 37AT w/ 525EFIs that I have at a steal of a deal, and save everyone a bunch of hassle? :drink:

The market may be "depressed" but a 25 Active Thunder is a custom built/ unique performance boat, not your average market boat. Most everyone that owns a 25 Thunder is not in any hurry to get rid of it.
I give you credit, you must have done some homework and know the history and build quality of the 25 Thunder. Otherwise you'd settle for any old outlaw with a bigblock

I have been researching and looking at boats in the size and price range. My first choice is the Tantrum and 2nd is the 26 Sonic

Both boats are hard to find.

I just took out mine for the first time yesterday... Badazz boat and couldnt be happier with what I bought

+1. Its worth more to me than anyone would want to pay for it! I looked and waited about a year for my deal to come along.

Be patient, it will be worth it.

I agree with everyone's statement, the boats are built with great quality. I don't expect a 'steal' or some once in a lifetime deal, but figure I would throw out my inquiry for someone who may be willing to upgrade to 28', a deal could be worked for both parties.

Coming up on 12 years with our Tantrum. Love it! Big boat feel in a 25ft hull.

Thanks she does well with her all original 502 MAG/MPI. Runs 67-68mph when in the right water with the right weight. This was before I installed full hydraulic steering.

Very nice boat. One thing.......no hydraulic steering? It may have external add-on but with 600 plus HP and 88MPH it needs full hydraulic.

How do you know it does't have hydro steering? Do you know the boat?

Reread my post, It may have add-on but the helm is like my old helm and the cable is visible in the engine compartment.
But like I said, very nice boat. Colors are different. I like different!:cool:

He may have an add-on external setup but with that speed the cable becomes your weakest link.:eek:
