I can tell you it is a first for AT, however.

It's certainly gonna be different! I imagine this is one of the Active Thunders "firsts" mentioned earlier.

R Addiction 08-05-2011 03:04 PM

What is that Pat? Teak? Faux teak? The blue wheel throws it off a bit, other than that it looks........different.

cosmic12 08-05-2011 03:31 PM

I like it, but then I am a old wood boat guy from way back anyway.

camptappakeg69 08-06-2011 08:56 AM

Wow! I like it better if its real teak instead of faux , but like Cosmic, I like the old wooden racers.

You know if you leave out the seats, the guy could drive standing up and pretend he's on a center console :lolhit:

sonicss42 08-06-2011 12:58 PM

Pat, it doesn't matter what we think as long as the customer is satisfied. This is why he came to you in the first place.

WHY did u use those chitty lousy throttle / shifters? Regular Livorsi sticks are so much better to use - ESP on a outboard!!
I am guessing that once you try to Dock the boat a few times, those will be ripped out and Livorsi's installed.

Spoken by a man with experience on both. :party-smiley-004:

Jassman 08-07-2011 08:50 AM

agreed..change the throttles out, and a more updated steering wheel to the Isotta series..

http://www.cpperformance.com/c-791-steering-wheels.aspx

ActiveThunder 08-07-2011 09:01 AM

The steering wheel is the shop wheel we use to bleed the system, rig, etc so we don't trash the new one.

The throttles will work just fine. There is nothing going on with this boat that makes it a 'go-fast' like we are known for. It is more of an SUV to tender after cruising the coast and anchoring in a harbor.

You will see the cockpit tomorrow. You can bust my ballz again tomorrow night!

camptappakeg69 08-07-2011 09:40 AM

Looks great. More please!

damdonzi 08-19-2011 12:15 PM

Very sharp lines. Will there be an extended cockpit version?
Options for double bolsters or a U-shaped bench?

70= MPH + is a very nice # for that boat with only twin 300's now how about a couple of those 557 hp we have read about :)

and if you think about it that 33 is a big boat , so running a total of 600 hp that is great , they both probably burn the amount of fuel as one 525 and cost pretty close to the same .

Looks Great! How does it run? Looking at the step, It sits really high in the water. Probably really lite.

Figure out that autopilot yet? Just keep pushing buttons til it does what you want it to do!! Make sure You have a newspaper to read while its flying! :grinser010:

JUPITER PULSARE 08-20-2011 12:28 PM

Tripp 300 Verados will be Bad Ass. Fall of next year before 7-Marine is in fullswing.
I'm already gonna ask it. Can it be done on the 37 Hull?

Absolutely! We had Harry overseeing the 33OB, and he is just as excited as we are to build a 37 with triple V-rod 350s.

Who's ready and what colors do you want?

R Addiction 08-25-2011 09:04 AM

Now that would be badass!

ICDEDPPL 09-13-2011 08:31 PM

Pat you bringing that down to KW this year ?

TexomaPowerboater 03-02-2012 12:04 PM

Any more updates on some of the other OB orders? I read a post that mentioned 3 other orders. Would love to see one with an extended cockpit. I'm really curious to know how the boat rides. Was it balanced well with the OB's hanging off the back? Seems like these OB boats are hard to get the balance right on. Any videos of a 33 OB out yet?

Any cabin pictures?

Of all the new models this year, this one has impressed me the most because it is 33ft and capable of 70mph with twin OB's. Thats a real accomplishment IMO. I've always like the cabin space all AT's have. Seems like it would be possible to make one with extended cockpit and possibly have room left over for generator to power AC.
