Default 28' boat cover

I'm looking for a new "driveway" cover, not for travel. These look pretty reasonably priced. Does anyone have any experience with these one size fits all,"sport boat" covers?

Thanks!

My Carrie cover ripped in a few places last fall so I just got a new cover and installed it on Sunday.

I paid $346 shipped for the 30'6" model(my boat has a swim platform) after discounts.

Compared to the Carrie, it seems just as durable. I would rate the fit of the Carrie a 9.5. This new cover probably an 8.5-9. I contacted Carrie and they wanted $1300+ shipping. No thanks, I'll save the thousand bucks!

Bought a new cover for a 26 outlaw w/swim platform off ebay for about $180 works very well, fit is average as it was made for an outlaw. But it keeps the sun and bird droppins off.

Default Cheap covers

Check out Great lakes Skipper shop, they are also on ebay. I bought a cover for my Cobalt from them for less than 300.00

Very happy with it though. Can't remember exactly what fabric I got, but its held up very well.

But then again...it never sees the light of day.

I purchased the same one. I used a 30 OUTLAW as the model. Fits great and came with straps and storage bag .

Guys... Sydwayz has the best place to buy them. For my 28 he had me buy a 30 ft baja TRAILER cover. This thing is absolutely a perfect fit. Like a GLOVE!! It was only like $125 if I recall.

It fits over the nose and has two ratchets inside their own pouches on either side. I used it for the driveway then found it works while trailering as well. Makes for clean up after a long tow so much easier and you don't have to worry about tape on your cover.

The only down side is with both cockpit and this cover on you need to hang damp rid bags inside the boat to pick up moisture. The outside is plastic so it does not breath well.

Sydwayz.....What size would you recommend for a 25' Tantrum. Any contact info for the vendor would be appreciated.

Thanks!

This guy seems to have the most left over old Baja supplies. You might try a cover for 26 Outlaw, 252/272 Islander.
