Yup, because Im starting higher for all the nickel and dimers that will talk you down.. I have a number that I'll take for it.... and I love when someone uses the "well, the economy is hurting"... and I respond with "well, the boat is a luxury item, not a necessity, so if you are looking at a boat, you better show me the money" haha

Funny you say that, because I got an email from a realtor today with a water front house with a dock... Bad was it was a tiny azz cottage on the property.. I'd have to demo and build an actual house lol

Scott, That may be the way to go. You can build what you want and it will be all new. Not a bad thing. My wife is in real estate and has alot of people buying for the property not the structures. How much property? Think about.

I've got to see the details. I also found this listing.. Something seems a bit off with it though.. Price doesn't match up with the house..
