I don't mean to pry information, but are there any updates on the major differences between the 28 and this up and coming 29. The Savage was for the longest while my all time favorite boat for my own specific reasons. I'd love to know what this 29 is going to offer over the 28. Is it actually replacing the 28, or will both still be available from factory. Thanks' guys.

Main thing is it is adding the DDC bottom, aka a step. The 29 will be faster than the 28 and have an extra foot of room in the cockpit. Sounds awesome.

Hi there,

28 vs. 29
Sounds like a nice piece of machinery, any word on amenities? I'm assuming an enclosed head and such like 28, extra head room is always a positive for anyone. I'm a massive fan of a single engine setup, is there any room for advanced power options? I'm definitely interested in seeing more of how this boat plays out. Love the Active Thunder brand.

Also the increase in cockpit has always bugged me. Kinda like being at a football game and having to stand up so some guy can get by me to take a leak..... The people sitting down in the back seat will have a lot more room! |

So is this a mid-cabin open bow like the 32 Sunsation or is it a full walk through, meaning you don't have to duck down in a cabin to get to the front seating? It sounds great either way. Can't wait to see it.
The idea was derived from the Malibu Wakesetter I bought for Casey. Very well though out boat. |

Sounds like some good stuff on the 29. I cannot wait to see it.

However we just started building the first 33 with side dash pods and a walk thru to the wrap-around forward settee. And the port side has an enclosed pit-stop for the girls. Starboard built in galley/ bar. Thoughts? |
