Yeah, Das my old bote!---and it's a runner and a wave hammer...and I loved that thing!!!

I had Dave Wesseldyk put a new transom, floor and stringers (engine compartment) installed back around 2003 or so with the one of the top of the line fiberglass materials and Epoxy resin. I also had the bottom of the hull "blueprinted" within the last 3'-4' to the edges of the transom...edges are not rolled---they are sharp.

All trim/tab motors/pumps/hydraulics all work well/no leaks.

I installed all new Carling dash panel switches within the first 2 years I owned the boat including the MONSTER sized TACHS (spelling?), new shift cables in the gimbles. Gimbles are the HP500 Heavy Duty ones.

In 2008, I also installed a new radio/CD player and rewired the boat to make sure all the cockpit, cabin and running lights all work including a new fuse panel to make sure all electrical systems worked well in the boat. The electrical panel is very easy to get to and work on within the cabin and it is very nicely wired.

I really loved the dash panel layout on this boat---the yellow is a "metalic" yellow on the dash. With extension boxes and a -2" IMCO shorty and 5-bladed 28" Hydro (I had 32" 5-blade Hydros on it, but it only made a slight difference) the boat handled awesome and level, although I think it would probably do just as well with a -1" shorty---but I would not know that for sure because I never tried a -1"

The boat needs some TLC, but is structurely and electrically sound. I am sure Pat @AT could make it look like new.

All the trailer lights work and it even has a hinged drive guard with LED Brake/Running lights and about 6 years ago I had new treated lumber installed with new carpet with new stainless steel lag bolts.

It is one of the most solid and secure feeling boats I have ever ridden in. When I'm in those bolsters I felt like I was "in" the boat and I felt safe---it has deep freeboad. The bolsters in this boat almost look like you CANNOT fit in them because they look small---but you can squeeze right in them and they're soft and they hug you tight right up to your armpits. Also, You can lean back and put your feet up against the angled foot rest and almost hide in that bolster as you're running that boat. The bolsters are soft unlike some other bolsters I know of---especially the bolsters in the warsh tub I bought---they're nothing close to my old AT and I'm having them re-designed.

There are a couple of good videos on YOUTUBE if you want to see it run a bit---type in: "KAAMA Hardy Dam"

You gotta ask a woman about a half dozen times to do something before it gets done. Busy on the cell is the rule in my house!
