That's actually not bad pricing... If your heads need a bunch of welding and machining to make them work... I suspect they will. I know its a big chunk to swallow, but that's the cost of having these toys. Beware of lowball quotes for your stuff... Usually its low and when they get into it, it goes way up. Most of the time when its done, you could have had the new heads.

Probably your fastest, easiest way to get back on the water right now is to put the new Dart heads on. They are about half the cost of merc heads. Then later in winter they can be ported and do the rest of the package. If your heads are really bad (flange corrosion, guides badly worn etc.) It's more cost effective to use the new dart head. Before they came out w that head you had no choice but to fix them because the merc head is very expensive.

Is your boat at ck now? Sucks that your having problems with a newer boat. Keith is always busy and has some serious hardware coming out of there.

Nice meeting some of you A/T owners up there at the BT event....nice showing with all the A/T's I saw and finally met some of my long time A/T brothers up there for the first time. I saw the 33' A/T sitting at the dock as they tried getting it to work, etc,....sorry you guys missed the run....what a heartbreaker----really nice looking boat though!
