any savages on the market????
I have been dreaming for ever about getting a savage. I am looking for something 1997 to 2000 as I believe with trailer I can get in the low 30's.
would like twin small blocks but i really am buying for the nice accommodations in the cuddy so i will take a single as well.
don't make me have to go by a sonic as that is looking like the second choice to get the creature comforts. I can't pull over about a 29 foot boat with my truck.

No offense but unless you come across the deal of a lifetime, you will never find a 28 for low 30's. I looked forever because at the time that was my budget and seemed like they were in the 60s and only found 1 for sale. Not trying to push you away from AT but theres not much out there for sale cause no one wants to sell them. ONLY reason mine is for sale is cause i want to go bigger..atleast 32 if not 35. FYI..the 28 Sonics have a bad porpoising issue. Good Luck with your search

I understand what your saying but I again have been dreaming for a while. three years ago i was going to get a baja, and realized i would be better saving for what i really wanted the first time. I finally made it, and I have seen them in the 50's and 60's, but have not seen them actually sale. there was one ebay for 33.9 in 2010 and it didn't sell, and the guy even posted it here and was an active member here. it went to auction and i found it back on ebay and for sale at the marine later that year for more than that but they still didn't sell it right away and it was less than 50k asking. the member took excellent care of it but I didn't have the funds then. I would buy that boat today for 33.9. he only paid double that in 2004 so 8 years later it is not a 60k boat. I won't name the member but the numbers I just gave you I referenced from our emails on here that I still have. one thing that does drive me crazy about some of these sellers- they start with a 30-40k boat, spend 15k for a new engine, nothing fancy and think they now have a 30-40k plus 15k boat. I wouldn't buy a 20k truck with a new 10k engine in it for 30k. I'd give a lil extra but we all know, boats are a money pit and you can't get that money back.
