What besides AT???

Maybe not if they are well set up. I'm running 720hp and over 700tq through a set of teague xr's and, knock on wood, I've been running them for 5 years without an explosion. They come off and get checked out every 30 or 40 hrs and put them back together. Sure it's a pita but it's fairly cheap and it keeps them together.

Well, if we are going to get this back on track...I'm the jackass OP (that was guilty of contributing to the shenanigans).
I think I made it clear that I want to be in a 33 AT as a next boat but don't think the timeframe and budget will coincide. I'm in a single now and am looking to step up to twins so I feel safe enough to tackle some Lake Michigan runs and LOTO. I would love to wait and go straight to the 33 but just don't know I can wait that long. My second choice would be the 32 AT (while waiting/saving for the 33) but those are scarce as well. My question is, do I ride it out for however long it takes to get the 33 or do I make a gradual step up? If I make a step up (with the intent to ultimately be in a 33) what should I be looking at for a good ride that is a common, easy to find boat? (Sorry PPJ) I was thinking Sonic 31ss, 33 AVS, 33 outlaw??? Again, I am asking here because you guys already know what an awesome ride is like.
Also as a reminder, this is just for conversation fun, I'm not shopping at all for a couple years...I need to build my business up more first.
And if this gets off track again...lets make sure the ball bustin is top notch! I'm always up for a good laugh.
Thanks!

Its a tough call. But if you realistically look at boats and how they depreciate and what they cost to operate.... I say it doesnt. Pay to do the step up routine. If you have a boat that you are generally happy with and know that in a few years you will be able to buy/ build the boat you really want then its best to wait. That is assuming a loss on a boat over time. Which is usually the case. Now if there was some stellar deal along the way... that might change things. Now I will say a 33 thunder is worth the wait!!! Good luck. Hope you are the next builder of one!

Who's coming to Miami?
Well, does that mean that you'll be in the show in February? You've made some comments about having a 33' with eggbeaters, perhaps the new "Red" 37' and we won't even ask about the 29' ! C'mon, spill the beans, I don't want to get airline tickets and a cot to look at the latest center consoles! Sure hope Brian's done with the delete finger

I beat the 288 kid so bad with my 33 outlaw it left him sitting at the dock still! He got so depressed he sold it to buy a mid life chrisis corvette and even has the gray hair to match!
Was that good enough ball bustin for ya?
Yeah the 33 AT is a pretty sweet rare boat. Sucks you cant go longer and open up your options to a 37. Worst thing to do is not have a nice boat to enjoy. I love my 33 Outlaw and impress anyone who goes for a ride or trys to run with me. Great overall boats especially for the money.
