Nothing hard work and some cash can't fix.
Look at the bigger picture cored hull and it is not a resin bucket. Is it a Balsa cored boat ? If it did sink and it was in salt water that changes everything. |

Whatever core it is would not be affected by water since it is encapsulated. Rot is only an issue where holes are drilled and not sealed.
