Congratulations! I wish I could do the same but unfortunately I can't really replace my job or get transferred and keep my pension. But I may go the early retirement route and move down when I'm 50.

Well, you know we are happy for you, the "OCD" farewell tour of the lake was a blast, but just when I buy a performance boat! Was it something I said?

Congrats. Not sure if I'll ever live that far down but for now my plan is to relocate to the Pensacola area before I'm 40.

Congrats!!! My wife and I just settled on our "new to us" house in Cape Coral two weeks ago. Never winterizing again, now that's got a nice ring to it!!!!
