It kinda looks like you took the non-skid off, hope not.
Also that beer has the wrong label for you

Very observant but that's not my beer!

Using fresh tooling non-skid. If you try to pull the mold with the old stuff it can stick.

I thought at the beginning Pat was asking for preference. I would love to see what the cockpit would look like with twin 350's off the back. You could almost set it up as a poker run boat with an extra set of bolsters before the bench.

Would this be possible Pat?

First boat will be a single BBC. Outboards are definitely an option. I have some neat ideas I want to do with an OB AT. Pat and I wanted to do them on the OB 33 a short time back, but the customer wanted the traditional bilge compartment for storage of large fenders to tie off to his mother-ship.

A pair of 500hp all aluminum LSx engines would be perfect in that boat.

More reliability than a similarly powered big block
redundancy for solo, or ocean boating
easier docking
decent economy
2 aluminum LSx's weigh approximately the same as an all iron BBC

I agree. Just make sure they say Mercury and have a warranty!

Looks good! I was going to ask if you were leaving the 3 sections for the old deflectors but I see now that you are. Hate to ask but how is the pitch now for drainage off the rear by the fairing? Great job Pat can't wait to see it shiny.
