25 bravo? do you have a 1.36 drive ratio? What rpm do you make that 650hp?

It was the only prop I had at this time. I need to turn 5800 to 6000. I figured it was to small Im currently dealing with air and marine trying props. Sounds like Im gonna need a 28? Im wondering with more slip with the shorty what pitch is a good starting point. Im hoping to get all the bugs worked out this week so I can actually get the thing on the water. Its a 1:50 ratio.
