Default Thunder Run

Ok guys I'm stuck here in the ice and snow, as many of you are, and day dreaming of warm weather and boating. I just walked through my shop where I keep my boat and there she is covered in a big blue tarp for the winter when she should be in Florida. This boat hasn't missed a winter boat trip until this year and it's killing me. We haven't done a Thunder Run in a few years and we have several new owners that have never done one so lets give some real thought into bringing it back next winter. I know 12 months in advance might seem a little early to be doing this but just think about how well planned it will be. Anyone want to go cruising around in the Keys next January?

The pic of Clarkstar's boat at sunset is a classic. Those pics of my old 28 shows you don't have to have a 37 to do these runs. Over the last few years several 25s and 28s have found new owners and trust me you guys can have a blast down there too.

Yeah, notice the picture of Clark's old boat; Rich and Jenn joined Ashley and he that day...
...Rich does not have an anchor because they found one of the Thunder Run's famous sand bars.

Mike we should do one on the west coast of Florida. Since there is already usually 5 or 6 thunders over here in the winter anyways.

It's an idea and I know there's usually a few over there but it's really hard to beat the Keys. We can keep our options open and see where this goes but hey if I can trailer 1200 miles I would think you guys could trailer 150.
