Plan is to just do day trips. I am sure you will be fine; and probably run faster than I do.

Checked out the Tarpon Point Marina and one of the bar/restaurants there this past weekend. The dock facilities are nice. They are putting the group on brand new transient docks. Bar has 2 for 1 specials all day ;)

Is a previous Active Thunder owner included in the run? I still have a Thunder just a different first name, "Black"
looking to do another Florida run. Good thing is we don't need a room I always bring it with me, lol.

Mrs. Gordo hasn't been feeling well for a couple months, and just before Christmas she was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia. She was admitted to the hospital right after Christmas for chemo treatment and should be home soon. we will be laying low the next few months while she recouperates. Sorry we will miss this one but maybe next year!

OMGoodness. I saw some posts on Facebook, but now understand. All of our thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. G.

Jeanette is back home, doin great, and still has (most) of her hair.:eek:
Although she is making a remarkable recovery, we still won't make the run this year.
I hope everyone has a great time and takes lots of pics and video! Looking forward to seeing lots of shots of "the AT Cult" in action.
And someone get some shots of this new 29 I keep hearing about!

Time to start the official roll call! Please post if you are coming down for the run, let us know if you are bringing your boat or will be a passenger. For those bringing the boat please post what you have for us old timers who have not kept up with all the changes (and by old timers I mean long time Cult members not age wise... you wise guys) :)

Also, if you are thinking of getting a room and have not booked yet I would get on it. The prices have gone UP and the availability is down. Some I've spoken too are thinking about staying on the boat so you might consider this option. The new docks are excellent! They are floating, nice and wide with good lighting, power ,water, etc.

If you still need to reserve a dock call the Tarpon Point marina 239.541.3040 and ask for Captain Rick. He's the dock master. Tell him you are with the Active Thunder group.

Thunder run on lake cumberland is June 19th

Not what this topic is about. This is the Active Thunder "owner's group" getting together this March.

We don't do lakes......

No.....you don't do lakes. I will likely be at Cumberland for that thunder run.

Miami is behind us. Next party? Cape Coral, Florida.

I hate to be critical but this count down is a little weak.:popcorn:

14 days for us :D Wed-thru in Naples then cruising up to Cape Coral Friday.

If all goes to plan; I will head south on the 5th if not earlier; stop in Daytona Bike Week (hauling Harley down too) on Saturday; and then head down the Cape Coral for the entire week.

I'll prob be down a week early too. Remedy is already there.
