New valve springs, retainers, gaskets, and a new set of rockers in one motor (found a cracked bearing on one, so bought a whole new set of Teagues). Oh...also...some welded up CMIs...when we pulled them, we found pinholes on three of the four (only one was questionably serious, as it was by the collector). Got them patched up and pressure tested...and good to go.

Rolling down to the swamp next Wednesday for the Tickfaw Two Hunnert! Gotta get her shined up!

You got it! Spent 5 hours on it over the past two days...even waxed the underside of the engine hatch.

Be careful with those headers. Once they crack, they only keep cracking. Mine cracked 3 years in a row causing two new top ends and a lot of downtime. Got Stainless Marine headers on there now and have had 2 years of trouble free boating.

They weren't cracked anywhere...just rusted with pinhole leaks.
