Default 32 weight ?

To all you 32 guys , I'm curious what does you boat weigh on the trailer ? It will be next spring before i start shopping , but planning to start shopping for a new truck soon . Also still trying to decide on a 28 or 32 . I know a 28 could be pulled by just about anything .

Just go ahead and get an F350 and be done with it because in a couple years you will be wanting a new 37.

Never actually weighed mine. Its listed at 8k dry so I figure I'm around 11k with trailer and fuel.

They got about 500lbs lighter in 1998-1999 with the use of newer materials and composites.

500 Lbs is a lot of weight from year to the next. Was it because they started vacuum bagging also ?

How did 500 lbs less change the ride, handling and in the rough ? Less weight can = more speed but lighter boat can = rougher ride in some cases

just asking.

I've run next to a 1999 32 at LOTO on a poker run. He had 496HO's and I have 502mpi's with CMI's so close to same hp.
It seemed like I could run a little faster in choppy water, but I do have ext boxes and my engines are jackshafted forward about 16 inches.
