Well really March is better for the west coast. The weather will be great. The water will be awesome. Any earlier and it may be cold and yes that is florida cold not north cold! Lol. The best weekends seem to be March 11-13 or 18-20

If everyone wants jan or feb I'm happy to try to work on that but just know the weather will not be as good. Also we need to hammer out the dates ASAP because it will be season here and stuff books up quick.

And you guys need to actually make a commitment so we can get disconnected rates. They will require a firm commitment of X number of rooms with a signed contact that we will fill 90%!of the block or have to pay. We love you guys but I'm not signing that! Lol. So let's hear it. I fully understand the weather thing but my work has to come first so I know I'm bringing the boat home towards the end of February. If things work out and I see a few days in advance that we can come I'll try to find a flight, a room and a boat to bum a ride on but I can't book anything in advance.

Well, I understand the dates this year are March 18-20th at the Westin. I was wondering if the mayor was going to be returning for a second year? Also, I think we should all have a brunch at Pat's 2 story Trump tower before the run!

Unfortunately, I heard the run date has now been changed and moved up a week. I've heard others have made plans for the original date too, what's up on the switch?

Convention at the hotel, rooms very expensive....hence the date change.
