Building a new 22 right now, as a matter of fact.

I'd love to take advantage of this but I cant financially swing packing up and moving to Florida not knowing how quick I'll make a paycheck.
Other than that I'm no stranger to long work weeks, boats, and have no wife or kids to tie me down.
