37 AVH ....how fast
#1
I was recently arguing with a friend of mine about how fast a 37 AVH is.
I was telling him about a OSO members new boat which I thought broke 100.
I forgot the name of the member but I think the boat has KE 675's and Hering props. My friend said no way ,and if there was a possibility that it had a staggered layup and I said it didn't.
Can anyone shed light on this.
Thanks

TRUE
Thunder Dan's boat broke 100 mph. The boat is equipt with twin KE 675's, one of the most beuatiful boats I have ever seen!! The boat does NOT have staggered motors.
I am sure Thunder Dan would love to tell you more, and set the facts straight!

26 scarab,
you can let you frend know that you are correct. My boat ran 102 mph at lake x with 34 pitch lab bravo props sportmaster lowers at 5200 rpms. The rev limiters are set at 5450 so there is some more there plus it was 90 degrees and 90 percent humidity.
